Business Unit Manager Contractors
Sika Finland is looking for an engaged Sales Manager / Business Unit Manager, who will be responsible for managing the Business Unit Contractors. As a member of our national management team you will have a central position in our organization and play a key role in the positive growth of the company. If you are result focused, can create new business relationships, have a strong personality, and thrive with management and business responsibility, you might be the right person for the position.
The position
You will be responsible for the management and development of our sales to the professional building contractors specialising in sealing and bonding, concrete refurbishment, industrial flooring and waterproofing. In your position you will be managing the team of highly competent and motivated sales and technical consultants. In addition, you will be personally responsible for specified key accounts as well as the most demanding key projects.
You will, in cooperation with the Nordic BU Manager and your other colleagues in the Nordic area work out the strategy and action plans in accordance to the corporate targets. Your key task is to successfully implement these plans in order to continue and accelerate the positive growth of the business area in Finland. You will geographically have your office in our Finnish headquarters in Espoo. You will report directly to the General Manager.
Your competences
You have wide experience as a manager and thorough knowledge of the business with a good network. You can document your sales experience and solid business ability. You can build up and maintain relations to customers and suppliers, as well as to you own organisation. You have to be ambitious and innovative with good analytic abilities for advising our customers and your consultants. You must master English reading and writing, and it is an advantage if you are able to communicate in one of the Nordic languages. It would be a great advantage if you have experience in working with CRM systems.
